Steps for Rounding Large Numbers:
1. Look at the digit you are rounding.
2. Look at the digit to the right of it.
3. If the digit is less than 5, your number would stay the same, but everything after the original digit you are rounding becomes a zero (0).
4. If the digit is 5 or greater you would round your original digit up, to the next digit, and everything after the original digit becomes a zero (0).
